The right side light didn’t work. Reached out to seller to try and get it fixed or swapped out. Went to Ford and they checked everything and said the light was bad. Seller wouldn’t swap out or give credit to me on different lights they had in stock. Seller’s response ultimately was “Sorry there’s nothing we can do here” wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this seller, if you want anything that works don’t buy from here.

this set was purchased without a warranty and the customer contacted us AFTER the 30-day return/warranty time. We provided troubleshooting steps but with no proof of the headlight with the issue however, we did get an image of the working headlight instead and there wasn't much to work with. The low/high beam and then the parking light/turn signal are two different connections but for both to not work, something is wrong. We are just trying to get more clarification here.
