Two items were purchased. Seller only sent one. Compounding the need for negative feedback, the single item that did arrive was defective and was returned to Seller. No refund was issued by Seller for either item. Seller basically defrauded a Public Transit Agency, which is in part funded by taxpayer dollars. Seller had complete control to resolve this issue to a positive conclusion through elevated communication and mutual cooperation. Shameful.
