The tie was 100% ACCURATELY DESCRIBED. The LISTING CLEARLY STATED that there were some pulled-fabric spots, and that it needed to be Dry Cleaned. It was priced accordingly at $8.01 with free shipping. The buyer was upset upon receipt because there were some pulled-fabric spots, and it needed to be Dry Cleaned, as was clearly stated. Anyway, a 100% refund was issued immediately, and he got to keep the tie. He actually said, "Descriptions are just opinions." Go figure I guess. SELLERS BEWARE . . .
