The listing for this item stated "N.I.B." which means "New-In-Box" but the item was not new, it was used evident by different batteries already loaded while the batteries that where originally included were still packaged. Also the protective plastic covering over the exterior and interior lenses was already removed. Additionally, the exterior and interior lenses show signs of dust and debris attached. I didn't want a used helment. The only good thing is that the return label was provided.
