      Item was as described and arrived in a reasonable time for overseas shipment. There were additional customs forms required that the seller was not at first aware of, but they offered as much help as they could. I did have to contact FedEx a few times to confirm they had received all the forms, which took about a week. But then the wheels/tires arrived a few days later . I would definitely buy from this seller again.
