The seller shipped me the wrong keyboard in the correct box. The box said bronze, my keys were black. NOT SIMILAR IN COLOR.
I emailed him regarding the issue.
Rather than taking ownership, he attempted to GASLIGHT me saying "this color is what they consider to be bronzed as you can see marked on the side of the box, so in this case it was accurately described as this is what the brand considers". Yes you can return...And loose 1/2 your $ on shipping.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. JUNK.

Hello! I was very kind to you in my response and let you know that this brand's interpretation of "Bronzed" was more gunmetal which is what you received. I apologized it didn't match your office, but complimented the color scheme which sounds nice. You asked me to send you different keys instead of you returning the item - I told you I didn't have any copper keys, and you could return for refund. Return policy is posted on every listing.
