I contacted the vendor several times, and he wanted me to send the wheel back to him with my own money and and he would refund me a partial amount of what I paid him for the broken wheel. He wanted to give me about 1/4 of what I paid him. Almost all of the vendors are great to deal with, but then there are some like this person.
