eBay had to get involved for refund. Purchased the Stevie Nicks Barbie when first posted and label created on tracking. Never was dropped off for delivery, had to contact a month later asking for status. He replied “thought I sent it. “ Then was giving a complete different Barbie as if I wouldn’t notice. Not buying from him ever. BEWARE. ALL IN ALL eBay did help with refund.
