One complaint with eBay, my address is outdated and there is clear path or direction or personalized help to deal with this security risk. Your system does not allow me to update and there is no useful help that I have been able to find. That leaves one option, close my account and try to start again with the updated address.

This is the EXACT customer you try to avoid but seems impossible. We have a Best Offer option on all of our items. Customer chose not to send in an offer and then complained about the price. Then leveled a complaint about Ebay on me as if I own and run Ebay. And that was because they neglected to keep a correct address on their account. Another example of someone not taking personal responsibility. AVOID THIS BUYER IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
