The Item does work and the seller did a good job shipping it, but the fan has high enough frequencies at loud enough intensity, that i found it impractical to put in a desktop pc, which was my intended application.
(It was a recommended fan by a seller to use with a Tesla P40 fan shroud) (if it has high enough static pressure it may be useful for those trying to send air through pipes though)
