I received this item and it was smaller than pictured. I rechecked the listing and it had no measurements. Although here were no refunds, I contacted seller to inquire. Seller began communicating and immediately offered 41% off and told me to keep it. I countered with 50% off before I fully opened and noticed it actually wasn't motion activated as described;i requested a full refund and communication stopped. No partial refund was given either.
