I made an offer in the "make an offer" option, but got no response. Four months later, they reduced the price to my original offer to "buy it now" (but only after they posted a higher reduced price first, so negotiating with themselves). I finally got my price, but only after four months of delay. Seems like they could have responded to my original offer and saved everyone the headache. Other than that, all's well.
