Die Fahrräder sind von hoher Qualität und außerordentlich gut verpackt. Sie haben meine Erwartungen in Puncto Qualität und Leistung übertroffen. Es werden außerdem umfangreiches Zubehör und Werkzeuge mitgeliefert, sowie ein Handbuch. Der Cyrusher Kundenservice ist ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar. Die Lieferung war die reinste Katastrophe! Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Logistik war nicht möglich, die vereinbarten Termine wurden grundlos ignoriert und die Räder einfach eigenmächtig zurückgeschickt.

Wenig Leistung an Steigungen.Display läst sich sehr schlecht ablesen.Aku Leistung ungenügend.Keine vernünftige Betriebsanleitung oder Gebrauchsanweisung dabei,und was dabei ist ist auf Englisch.Und das bei eint76 jährigen,berkein englisch kann. Nie wieder!!!
