Item was not as listed. It was not new as has clearly been used before as arrived partly made up and with scratches and wear and tear. Parts were missing (bolts and brackets) making it unsafe to utilise until replacements sort by myself. The reason this feedback is in the positive is once made the seller aware they agreed to a partial refund which they actioned swiftly and communication was good.
