Faucet leeks parts missing. Now trying to return it.

I sent a diagram of parts to show no gaskets were missing. Claimed a screw for the handle was missing and this model faucet does not have a handle screw. Then said it leaks. It was returned and refunded. When I received the returned faucet it was scratched through the chrome by using a pliers to install. I don't feel I deserved a negative feedback.
