Item arrived hermetically sealed in bubble wrap. The shipping cost was $20 (almost double what it cost for the same item in another color, from another vendor). The collectible item arrived chipped. There was no glass inside the hermetically sealed bubble wrap, leading me to conclude that it was chipped before the $20 shipping.

After your first purchase of this item you reached out and asked if you could cancel the item because of the shipping cost, which we gladly canceled for you. You reached out to us again concerning shipping and we sent you sold comps of the item. You decided to purchase again and that the shipping was worth it. As you saw we shipped this fragile item inside of a Styrofoam cooler and bubble wrap which is not cheap. This item was mint cond when we shipped. Full refund was given.
