Item, supposedly new-open box arrived broken. It was returned, but SMW has refused to cooperate and accuses me of supplying them a different item. They have had a chance to make it right, but instead decided to point fingers at me and are refusing my refund. I will never do business with them, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
