Huge delays in sending the order and the wrong colour phone was shipped but I didn't mind the colour so I accepted it. An order that should have taken a couple of working days at most, going from Dublin to Cork ended up taking two weeks. However, the item that actually arrived, while not the colour I had ordered, is working perfectly and their communication throughout the process was very good.
I'd recommend that they stop using Fastway for deliveries, who are notoriously unreliable.
