Yes, the item is exactly as described. There are some QC issues with this figure but that is all covered in the research on YouTube about the loose hips, and gummy or warped legs. The left trigger hand is loose.
Again, this is a Hasbro QC issue. The seller shipping was fast and the item was delivered well packaged. I was satisfied.
