They got worn out several times and cracked, as if they had been worn for 5 years. The child is disappointed. The seller is dragging his feet, asking for additional photos, wrote that this can't be, as if we are deceiving. We had to tear off the insole to take a photo of the inside. We are still waiting for some kind of solution. I think that they were stored somewhere in the sun or in the cold, which led to such rapid drying and damage.
