Faye - the carafe arrived in perfect condition! We purchased our original carafe almost 40 years ago to easily and conveniently keep our coffee hot when we traveled in the car. It served us very well all those years, even after cracking the bottom of the handle ages ago. The handle completely broke off just this April during another car trip. We were so pleased to find an exact replacement with you! We plan to take good care of this one and use IT for the next 40 years. Thanks to YOU!
