2 items arrived damaged. I reached out to seller, but was unable to provide pictures. I then requested a return address but never hears back. Instead of Gemini mailer this company uses some strange cardboard design that did not protect my books. I'm a repeat customer but would not trust these 'comic shields' innially I heard back and thought my issue would be resolved. I'm not a person trying to get free books and I do not have a working camera, once they iced me I gave up. I'd gladly return

We responded within 1 day to both customer messages and never heard back from this buyer. We requested pictures and buyer never responded. We use Comic Shields, which are much stronger than Gemini Mailers. Once we switched from Gemini's (which we used for years) to Comic Shields (which are 4 times more expensive to purchase), our shipping damages dropped by over 95%. Would recommend sellers block this buyer for poor communication.
