I have many repeat customers who are very happy. These pencils are meant to be hard to start with, they need to be dampened to make them creamy then applied under the nail, They work best after bathing. if you need further advice please feel free to contact. .

Nail pencil lead kept breaking. Seller asked for photo which I sent. Told me the sharpener in the photo was the wrong one used (photo I sent was of pencil only as requested) very disappointed with product was asked weeks later to return it but I had disposed of it. Would not recommend. I gave seller evidence.

You said the pencil had broken when you sharpened it, I never saw any sharpener, I asked which type of sharpener you were using, I then explained you had to use a cosmetics sharpener. You then said 12 days later that you wanted a replacement, so I said I would arrange a return and send another, You then said you had disposed of it, I waited 12 days between each message for a response from you, no delay whatsoever from me. I also explained how to use the pencil and to dampen, no response again!!
