Laser did not work. I desoldered the anti-static points, I got it to read CD's and PS2 games, but it wouldn't read DVD's nor actually load the PS2 games, just hung on black screen.
Not sure if it was a faulty laser or if I made a mistake/messed up desoldering, but I was able to make the same drive work with another laser I ordered.
From now on, I'll just order them without the anti-static points, but the transaction was smooth and shipping was fast, so thanks anyways.
