This is a gorgeous perfume. I’ve been a lifelong Piguet fan and will never be without FRACAS; my fave scent is gardenia, though, & I remembered sniffing this at Saks in NYC. This is not at all a true gardenia scent. I detect a bit of it but if you’re looking for a soliflore, this is not for you. It’s a beautiful white floral blend with lingering (faint) notes of carnation, which I adore. Not nearly as strong as Fracas.
