Package arrived and the hat is perfect. Outer postage packaging was ripped half open. Would suggest stronger envelopes to send goods or padded envelopes that are a little more sturdy. Live the hat it is really well made and rhe fur is so soft an lovely. Look forward to wearing in winter.
