The item came is great, functional condition in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that the unit is FILTHY. There are considerable crumbs, dirt, and small debris throughout the keyboard-- which I will have to clean. The unit also has a smell of smoke. I would give a 5/5 for service, but a 3.5/5 for the lack of cleanliness.

The laptop lid looks very old, but I am fine with it and also fine with RAM, processor, and hard drive capacity as described. However, the battery capacity is too bad, even the combination of the internal and external battery does not last even for two hours normal tasks, need to buy a replacement battery.
