    This seller was great at communicating quickly when I had questions, and he shipped the computer quickly. My new computer is in great condition except for one thing - it does not allow me to use a corded speaker or corded headphones and hear audio. There is something wrong with the laptop that prevents it from doing this. I'm very disappointed about this (and wish I'd known ahead of time about it), but otherwise I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
