Item was defective, I asked to send it back and seller said yes. I asked if she would reimburse me back and she said yes. Then she didn't. She still owes me $6.75 for the defective merchandise

My side…. The buyer offered me $50.00 for the item. I agreed. When she let me know it was damaged I agreed that she would return the item. I refunded her $58.60!!!?? She wants another $6.75.?
