This product arrived very light, as if half empty. I immediately initiated a full refund. Sublime advertises full refunds on their site. They refunded me half the amount I paid, claiming I had used the product. I contacted EBay, they opened the case and refunded me the full amount. Do not trust Sublime Cosmetics, they are an unscrupulous company, they will get the product back, keep half your money and sell it back to another person.

The lipstick color did not match the description. It arrived with a little nick at the top of the lipstick. When I saw the color, I immediately initiated a full refund. They advertise that refund guarantee on their site. They ended up giving me half the $$ and lied about the condition of the lipstick. Thankfully, EBay solved the case and refunded me the full amount. Don't trust Sublime Cosmetics, they are unscrupulous!
