Hat didn't arrive as pictured. Was very dusty, to the point that I had to clean it. Shouldn't have listed as brand new. Brand new items will have tags, or at least state that the item is new without tags, which wasn't mentioned. Just because an item hasn't been worn or used doesn't mean that it's still brand new. If it is dirty or damaged it can't be considered new. I'm disappointed with this seller, and based on my experience with him I cannot recommend this seller in good consciousness.
