The Sharp PG-D3050W is 3D-ready, meaning that it is compatible with 3D content and active shutter 3D glasses through an enhanced DLP link. This 3D projector uses both 60 Hz and 120 Hz WXGA at 1280x800-pixel and 1280x720-pixel resolutions when supporting 3D but is also compatible with regular 2D content when not taking advantage of the specialized features. Providing a brightness level of 3,000 lumens along with its 2,000:1 contrast ratio, this Sharp projector can easily be seen from anywhere within a large room. The Sharp PG-D3050W features a seven-watt audio system that is compatible with an external sound system or loudspeakers and an RJ-45 network connector. The 3D projector also includes the advanced Brilliant Color technology and a six-segment color wheel to provide viewers with excellent accuracy in color and realistic pictures and image reproduction. Along with these other features, this Sharp projector is designed for long life and low power consumption with an enhanced lamp with an estimated life of up to 5,000 hours.
