I have a Bauer 1641-E version 63434and these fit just right. They are the tinyest bit smaller. Not even a half millimeter smaller. I am thinking once some dust builds up in there they will be very secure sitting in the brush bracket. Going to use it for a while and then inspect to see if they are wobbling around or not. Right now drill working just fine seems to be full power and rpm

I was in need of a set of brushes for an old Sears Craftsman drill (315.11420) for which is the first drill I have even owned from back in the early 1970s, and refuse to toss.
