    It is now almost a month ago I have placed and payed for the order and still it did not receive, also postal track and trace (Israeli) url link does not work.

    From 10 of MAY(!!!) the package is waiting for YOUR release in the Netherlands... Why didn't you release it by now??? I cannot submit customs papers instead of the buyer... DO NOT understand why you left this feedback as it's in your country for more than 2 weeks now!!!
