    Since The Buyer address is in Kazakhstan & Purchased the Polo Green EDT 4 oz No Box. When I tried to create shipping Label, it was classified as a restricted item & not shippable to that region... So I sent a message apologizing & explaining that this item cannot be shipped & issued a full refund. In spite of that I received a negative feedback. Not Shippable due to guidelines is out of my control & I issued a full refund as well. Buyer may have been very disappointed to lash out this way.
