My Batman figure arrived damaged although it was sealed in the original packing. One of the figures legs was broken off and the foot on the other leg of the figure was broken off in the shoe with shattered pieces .
I have contacted the seller requesting a refund, but the seller only offered a repair.
I responded that I still want a full refund. This was to be a gift and it has turned into chaos, I just want to get my money back. A repair is not what I paid for. I am awaiting a 2nd response.
