    Customer service is terrible when it comes to problems with product-- I had this unit installed by a professional local computer person and he found this unit defective USB port out of shape plug is sloppy-- on off power switch not working correct-- his thoughts are this was a TERRIBLE job of refurbishing it is JUNK-- I had it installed April 11 and contacted seller April 12 and got all kind of excuses--I WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDITED AND A RETURN LABEL TO SEND BACK it is JUNK
