First off acording to the specs I found I do believe this was still stock bore or at least close to it. Regardless of that though I clearly stated indescription that cylinder was very heavily pitted & do to such would most likely require re-sleeving to be of any use. As for your last complaint of the dent in gasket surface this was also Clearly stated that my description & I made sure there were very clear pictures showing this as well
