Waited 2 weeks for the item to them be told they have none available now. Needed this asap and now have to wait for it from somewhere else. I could of ordered for elsewhere if I was told this was the case at the start.

This feedback is absolutely incorrect and unfair. This item was posted to you using Royal Mail 2nd Class, which is an untracked service. You claimed it was never delivered, but we can not chase up untracked items. Once the claim was opened we refunded you instantly. You then asked for a replacement which we could not provide as we had no more in stock. You then proceed to leave us this unjust feedback without explaining the whole situation. Royal Mail lost the item as you claim, not us.
