Good - the item was perfect.
Bad - had to drive out to the local Royal Mail in work hours as that is the only time they open to pay an extra £50.00 customs fee.
Summary - I am still loving the item, but after seeing another comment like this too, it would be helpful if seller highlighted that customs fees may be charged to England. Not sellers fault at all, but would have helped with price comparison as I thought it included fees.
