This was truly a great experience. I was super hesitant to send out my tower for repair, for fear of it never coming back again. Rich was super kind and assured me everything would be ok. He talked to me throughout the entire process. The tower came back beautiful shiny and clean, like it was brand new with a working motor. Fantastic customer service. If you’re hesitant to do this, DO IT. It was so worth it. So happy to be able to play Dark Tower again.
