I have long arms and needed a custom ordered jacket with 24 inch sleeves, the jacket was made with 21 inch sleeves. Jacket is useless and my money is gone. Communication ends the minute you pay and the shipping takes for ever as they refuse to supply a tracking number after marking the order as shipped. My order was scheduled to arrive March 8 but it arrived May 2nd. Only until I contacted eBay did they supply a tracking number and actually ship it.
