As i mentioned to you to remind you of ebay return policy for fraud return. All products need to be inspected after receiving to avoid fraud return ( avoid returning used product). You claimed that it dried out and i can't tell it only according to picture you sent to me. I need follow ebay policy to inspect it, is it wrong ?
