I first thought that I might have to reach out to the seller to request a refund or replacement as the sound from the earbuds was constantly intermittent unless I was motionless. Any turn of the head, walking down stairs, or moving my jaw and the sound would cut in and out until the movement stopped because the snap connection was very loos. Thankfully, I googled the issue and by swapping the earbuds to the opposing wire, the connection was firm and the sound was steady. Whew! What a relief!
