Fast shipping but I was sold a supposed grade A product and what I received was a computer with very noticeable dings and scratches, a broken key and over 700 battery cycles (a nearly dead battery). I contacted them by email to make a complaint about it and the attention was so poor that I decided to stay that way.

Sorry for any confusion, this customer ordered a Grade B we dont sell this in Grade Athe customer did ask us about the battery but as far as we can tell the battery is working correctly and at least 80% of the original capacity, Cycle count is not a health indiacator.they key should have been wokring correctly, the battery and key are covered under warranty

I purchased this mini to use in my home studio. Works great. I primarily run Logic Pro with occasional web browsing. I had hesitations about buying a used Mac as I have a MacBook Air I bought used and it was subpar. I’m glad I went with this mini as the performance is great. Fast delivery.
