Item didn't arrive because it was lost by customs, but the seller tried their best to communicate with logistics as much as they could. Eventually it wasn't found but the seller gave me a full refund for both the item and the extra shipping fee I paid (express shipping) even though they were only compensated half of the funds by logistics. Good seller, quick communication.
