I am trying to contact the seller I bought this item on December 7th haven’t received a message back and or information about the tracking. This gift is for Christmas and a sentimental gift I would just be excited for a response from the seller regarding item and shipping 11 days and no response in a message is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed especially because I thought this off of the seller with the feedback I read.

Seller doesn’t reply to messages. Item purchased on 11/2, estimated delivery was 11/8 and I still have not received the item. No tracking information provided. I had to file a claim with support which I now have to wait until 11/15 for a resolution. I can’t repurchase the item from someone else because the seller doesn’t allow returns so I’m stuck.
