- -***b (131)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThank you for your responsiveness and excellent packing. I've done some research on this wall hanging in primarily klostersøm stitch. It probably dates to the early 20th century and appears to be based on a tapestry woven by Ragna Breivik, a well-known textile artist from the Bergen area of Norway. The subject is the heroine Ingeborg from the romantic Frithjof's Saga. I've located two other versions of this embroidery which suggests the pattern might have been sold by a handicraft associationReply from: grannyjo- Feedback replied by seller grannyjo.- Feedback replied by seller grannyjo. Thanks so much for the information.. I've had it for over 30 years but never had any information on the item. So happy it now had a GOOD home... Have a great Summer. Jo
