Buyer Never asked for a replacement patch. Easily could of sent out another, instead buyer requested a refund. Witch was given immediately. Within a few days of shipping buyer was asking where item was. We can not helped after we drop off a package to USPS what or why for some reason delays their shipping services sometimes, but we will make it right no matter if its our fault or the USPS fault. In This case, the buyer didn't want a replacement or wait a few extra days, so we issued a refund.
