They shipped my puzzle in a plastic mailer so I got dents. they also neglected to show pictures or have details in the description about preexisting damage on the box. the one corner was split at the seam. Their were grease stains on the box lid the back of the box was missing parts of the box finish as it had been ripped off by previous tape. Item was returned and I was refunded
